I know tonight seems hard and it is! But I want you to know how brave you are and what an incredible journey it is you are embarking upon. It really is such a beautiful thing... I can't wait to meet my niece/nephew and I can't wait to call you a Mummy!

Your body is an amazing machine and it knows what to do. These sleepness nights you are having are exactly why your body will give you lots of lovely endorphins and adrenalin when you meet your baby - it will give you the strength and will to keep going despite the sleepnessness. I am not going to lie to you - it is hard work, but it is so so so so worth everything that it takes to get you there...
